Frequently Asked Questions -------------------------------------------- Q. What is the Acrobat Reader software? A. Acrobat Reader is a document viewer written by Adobe Systems. It is quickly becoming an industry standard for maintaining and viewing electronic documents, due to its flexibility and ease of use. For these same reasons, we at AGES Software chose the Acrobat Reader as the viewing software for our Master Christian Library. Q. How do I start the Master Christian Library? A. In Windows 95, go to "Start", then choose "Programs", then "AGES Software", and then "Master Christian Library". In Windows 3.1, go to the "AGES Software" group, and double-click the icon that reads "Master Christian Library". Q. How do I copy text out of the Master Christian Library and paste it into a word processor? A. First, choose the Text Selection tool (it's the button on the tool bar with "ABC" on it). Then highlight the text you want to copy. Next, go to the "Edit" menu and choose "Copy". Now, go to your word processor, go to its "Edit" menu, and choose "Paste". The copied text will then appear. Q. Can I copy more than one page at a time? A. Yes. You may need to turn on continuous page mode by going to the "View" menu and choosing "Continuous". Q. I'm experiencing some Application Errors, how do I get the Library to work again? A. The first thing to try is restarting your computer. Windows sometimes becomes unstable, and a reboot will quite often fix the problem. If that fails, try reinstalling the software. MAKE SURE THAT ANY VIRUS PROTECTION SOFTWARE IS DISABLED WHILE YOU INSTALL. If that also fails, call SAGE Software Technical Support.
